Our process
The Bisulfite sequencing technique is a combination of bisulfite conversion and subsequent sequencing. This technology is the fundamental tool for genome-wide DNA methylation analysis.

Library Preparation
The library prep is performed with:

Sequencing
At MLLSEQ, sequencing is performed using the Illumina sequencing by synthesis method on the latest generation of sequencing devices, the NovaSeq 6000.
